This Privacy Policy explains how Luma Sonara Drava LLC and its affiliated entities (“Luma Sonara Drava,” “we,” “us”) collect, use, share, and protect personal information through lumasonaradrava.com and our related services.

Health information we hold as a health care provider is governed separately. Information collected by Luma Sonara Concierge PLLC or Drava Infusions PLLC in the course of providing medical care is protected health information under HIPAA and is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. Consumer health data that is not protected health information is described in our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, as required by Washington law.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, mobile and other phone numbers, mailing address, appointment and service preferences, membership selections, and anything you include in a message or form.
• Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar information collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
• Information from others: referrals, employer group administrators enrolling employees, and service providers acting on our behalf.

How we use information

• To provide, schedule, and administer services and memberships
• To communicate with you about appointments, care, account matters, and support
• To send marketing and promotional messages where you have consented
• To process payments and maintain business records
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations

Text messaging

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you messages relating to appointments, your account, and — where you have separately agreed — marketing and promotional messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never required to become a patient, to receive care, or to purchase any product or service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You may also withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details below, and we will honor the request across all of our messaging systems.

Standard text messaging is not an encrypted or secure channel. If you ask us to communicate with you by text about your care, there is some risk that information could be read by a third party. We will note your preference in your record.

How we share information

• Among our affiliated entities, as needed to operate the practice and administer your membership
• With service providers who process information on our behalf under written agreements — including our electronic health record, membership billing, payment processing, messaging, and scheduling providers. Providers who handle protected health information do so under a Business Associate Agreement
• With your employer group administrator, limited to enrollment and eligibility, where your membership is provided as an employee benefit
• Where you direct us to share it
• As required by law, regulation, subpoena, or professional obligation, or to protect rights and safety

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies; some site features may not work correctly if you do.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal, professional, and recordkeeping obligations, including retention periods that apply to medical and business records. We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

• Request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we communicate with you by a particular method or at a particular address

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site.
