1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Luma Sonara Drava (lumasonaradrava.com), a service operated by Luma Sonara Drava ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using Luma Sonara Drava, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Some features, purchases or events may come with additional terms that are shown to you at the time. Where they apply, they form part of these Terms, and if they conflict with these Terms, the additional terms govern that feature, purchase or event.

2. The Service

Luma Sonara Drava is an online service where people can create accounts and profiles, publish posts and other content, message one another, buy things such as tickets, memberships or plans, store files, and use an AI assistant. Not every feature is available to every account, and we may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Luma Sonara Drava, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to make a purchase. Some features, events or content may carry a higher minimum age.
• The information you give us when you sign up must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.
• One person may not hold an account on behalf of someone else without their permission, and accounts may not be sold or transferred.

4. Acceptable Use

When you use Luma Sonara Drava, you agree that you will not:

• harass, threaten, bully, stalk or intimidate anyone, or encourage others to do so;
• post or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, chain messages or advertising that other members have not asked for;
• impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your connection with one;
• post anything you do not have the right to share, including other people's private information or work protected by copyright or trademark;
• upload malware, or try to probe, scan, overload or break into the site, other accounts, or the systems behind them;
• scrape, harvest or collect other members' information without their consent, or use automated means to create accounts or activity;
• use the site, including the AI assistant, for fraud or for any purpose that breaks the law.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

5. Your Content

• You keep ownership of what you post, upload or send ("your content").
• By posting it on Luma Sonara Drava, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and distribute your content as needed to operate the site and show it to the people you have chosen to share it with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already shared it or we must keep it by law.
• You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights needed to share it.
• We do not review everything posted and are not responsible for content posted by other members, but we may remove any content that we believe breaks these Terms or the law.

6. Purchases and Payments

• Prices, what is included, and any fees are shown before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price you are charged.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. Your card details go to the processor and are not stored on our servers, and the processor's own terms also apply to your payment.
• Refunds, cancellations, transfers and exchanges follow the terms shown at the time of purchase — for example, the refund policy of a particular event or plan. Where no such terms are shown, purchases are final except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
• Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period unless the terms shown at purchase say otherwise.
• We may change prices for future purchases or renewals. We will tell you before a change applies to a plan you already have.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend the item or plan it paid for until the balance is settled.

7. Events and Offers by Others

Some things listed on Luma Sonara Drava may be offered by other members, organisers or vendors. When that is the case, the person or business offering it is responsible for delivering it, and any terms they show you also apply. We are not a party to arrangements you make directly with other members.

9. Messages Between Members

If you use Luma Sonara Drava to send messages to other people, you are responsible for what you send and for having their agreement to hear from you. Do not add people to lists, groups or conversations they have not asked to join, and respect it when someone asks you to stop.

10. The AI Assistant

Luma Sonara Drava AI produces text generated by an AI model. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so check anything important before you rely on it or share it. You are responsible for what you choose to post or send, including text the assistant drafted. How the assistant handles your data is described on the AI & Privacy page.

11. Files and Storage

You may store files on Luma Sonara Drava for use with your account. Storage may be subject to limits. We take reasonable care of what you store, but Luma Sonara Drava is not a backup service: keep your own copies of anything important.

12. Our Content and Intellectual Property

The site itself — its design, text, graphics and software, other than your content and other members' content — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it only as these Terms allow, and you may not copy, modify or resell it without our permission.

13. Suspension and Termination

• You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other members or the site.
• When an account is closed, your right to use the site ends. Content you posted may be deleted, subject to our Privacy Policy and to any records we must keep by law.
• Anything you owe us at the time of closing remains due. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including content licences already exercised, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — survive termination.

14. Disclaimers

Luma Sonara Drava is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any message will be delivered, or that content posted by members or produced by the AI assistant is accurate.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luma Sonara Drava will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Luma Sonara Drava. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luma Sonara Drava against any claims, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the site, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luma Sonara Drava is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Luma Sonara Drava will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When a change is material, we will tell you before it takes effect, by email or by a notice on the site. Continuing to use Luma Sonara Drava after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale. These Terms, with any additional terms shown to you, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
